Originally born and raised in Bolivia, Marcelo came to the US in 1986, and lived in the Northern Virginia area for 34 years before moving to Central Florida almost 3 years ago. Starting in the hospitality low ranks and building a career to Food and Beverage Director and Assistant General Manager in hotels in the DMV area, Marcelo developed a strong customer care orientation. In 2001, he decided to start a career in Real Estate as a Loan Originator, adding a Realtor license in 2005. Licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Florida, Marcelo is also a Public Notary. Ever since then, Marcelo has assisted hundreds of clients in accomplishing the purchase and financing of both residential and commercial properties. Fully bilingual in English/Spanish, he understands the importance of knowing the culture and adapting to what’s important for individuals from each country of origin.
